Initially, we interview every candidate ourselves. During our interview, we spend a lot of time just getting to know each candidate. We are looking for those special individuals that have the passion, drive, and professionalism, where working with children and domestic care and management comes naturally.
We then check all of their references and talk in-depth with the families that they have previously worked for. Detailed notes are taken during conversations with these families and estates, and this information is available to you as well when you find the candidate you are interested in. Everyone is required to have at least 5 years of related experience (most have more).
We have the most sophisticated background check in the industry, including multi county/state, criminal, felony, misdemeanor checks, sexual predator checks, and driving record checks.
Our background checks go back to the age of 18 and check every county in the country. We run background checks through many sources and platforms to ensure all due diligence is made to ensure the safety of our clients. Our background screening process has be customized for individuals working with children and in family homes. All candidates working with children must be CPR certified as well.
$25-$35 per hour paid to nanny
$45 per day agency fee
depending on number children and level of care(well or sick). Agency rates and nanny hourly rates are double for all major holidays
$25-$40 per hour paid to nanny depending on location, duties, responsibilities, ages & number of children, house manager responsibilities, and other specifics of the agreement.
12% Agency fee based on annual salary
We will guide you through the hiring process and provide you with everything you need for a successful hire. duties, responsibilities, ages and number of children, house manager responsibilities, etc.
$30-$50 per hour paid to nanny
$50 per night agency fee
Nanny Share fees are the same referral fees and hourly rates, but split between families using the same nanny.
Our fees are only due when and if you hire. You pay nothing up front, no membership, and no monthly or annual fee. With permanent hire, there is a 1 year replacement guarantee, as well as free back up child care for the lifetime of your nanny/candidate.
We like to keep ourselves wide open to our families for communication. We know that regular business hours are sometimes not the most convenient times to talk “nanny.” Our families always have our direct line so they can reach us on evenings and weekends at their convenience.
